Summary: The Premises Extensive economic policy liberalisation requires that the small scale enterprise (SSE) development policy too has to reorient itself. The Expert Group recommends that accelerated growth and competitiveness be the guiding principle of the policy in the future. Their Strengths are flexible managements, prompt response to market demands, and customised products.
