The Expert Group recommends that accelerated growth and competitiveness be the guiding principle of the policy in the future. <br/>Their Strengths are flexible managements, prompt response to market demands, and customised products. In a supportive business environment , SSEs should, therefore, be expected to fend for themselves. |
