Summary: This volume brings together select ed extracts from the monthly letters addressed by Shri S. K. Dey, first as Community Projects Administrator and later as Union Minister for Com munity Development, to the Develop ment Commissioners of the States and other workers engaged in the pro gramme throughout the country.
