These essays are not co-ordinated, rather they are separate entities. In all these essays the subject of Manpower Planning has been discussed. They are then collected together to provide a perspective-both practical and comprehensive,<br/>Manpower Planning worked out in details, ramify into detailed controls that discourage innovative and adaptive behaviour. A democratic set-up is more sensitive to such a risk which inhibits economic growth in the ultimate analysis. This publication, if nothing else, can serve as a watchdog to such dangers. |
