It describes the development of India's Judicial and Legal Systems in different periods starting with the Hindu Period, proceeding through Muslim Period and then the British Period. It brings out the different stages and developments lead ing to the final drafting of the Indian Constitution by the Constituent Asse mbly after independence. |
