It analyses the possible effects after the withdrawal of the NATO forces from Afghanistan post 2014 and points out the possible way ahead to stabilize Afghanistan. The author points out that the world has to now think of "Collective Survival" rather than 'Collective Security' or 'Collective Defence', as the conflicts against non-state actors has taken gigantic proportions and hurts the entire world community.
