The relevant Rules and Regulations, Constitutional provisions, Statu tory provisions, including Fundamental Rules and Supplementary Rules are all given in extenso for ready reference. Standard forms prescribed by the Government are also included. Comparative Tables and a Copious Index enable the busy lawyer to pick and choose the relevant case with the greatest ease. We trust this book will continue to meet the exacting requirements of the legal profession which, while it is highly critical, is also imbued with a keen sense of appreciation for sincere work of fellow members of the Bar.
