About Author :
Dr. V. Nath spent his entire career as a development economist in India, the Middle East and Africa.
Dr. S. K. Aggarwal is at present Professor of Geography at Delhi University. He has studied Geography at the universities of Punjab (India), Akron and Kent State (USA). He has taught geography in the US and India and delivered lecturers on Environmental Health and Mega Cities.
