In order to expain the key issues, the author has not only relied upon an analytical approach but has also used the descriptive methods. To facilitate easy comprehension, jargon and tech nical language have been almost entirely elimi nated. Every effort has been made to make the book relevant, informative and useful for stu Idents, teachers, policy-makers and practitioners alike. The general reader will find the book helpful for gaining familiarity with the field of co-operative management.
