Part of a holistic scheme of four volumes on law and social justice, all being published simultaneously, two of them compiled by the present and another co-author, this third volume is a compendium of articles by knowledgeable writers and jurists of different aspects of subject, inter alia. covering topics like P.I.L., Legal Aid, Uniform Civil Code for India (by a Professor of Laws in the London University) Judicial Activism, Parliamentary Privileges and five post Independence laws specifically on social justice.
The overall picture projected by the present study is both an interesting and luminating quide on certain areas of social justice of particular interest and use to the underdog and will be equally beneficial to all those people interested in law and justice.
