The Private corporate Sector has been university recognised as the ideal and democratic from of business enterprise in the present century. In most of the developing countries, the process of industrialisation and development of business activities are inter-related and inter-dependent upon the growth of the corporate sector: This sector does not operate in a vaccum, but functions within the frame work of economic environment, political and social philosophy and industrial culture.
The Private Corporate Sector is the backbone of the Indian economy in so far as it provides the most vital, effective and organised system of the growth and development of the industrial as well as non-industrial sectors of the economy and the ultimate mechanisation of the gross domestic product and the tax revenue both direct and indirect.
