On the occasion of a meeting of its Central Political Council, the Radical Democratic Party held a Political Study Camp at Dehradun, from May 8th to 18th, 1946. The fundamental principles of revolutionary political theories and practice were discussed. Fundamental questions underlying the principles and programme of our party were raised and discussed in the Dehradun Polítical Camp. Although they are not new, having been implied in the very organisation of the R. D. P., some comrades, nevertheless, appeared to be taken aback. Having returned posebly unconvinced, it would be natural for them to talk in such a as might create a measure of confusion in the ranks of the party.
