About your right to information : along with latest decisions by central information Commision

The mission of "We the People' (WTP) is to make information available on laws and legal procedures in simple and comprehensible manner to common people. It aims towards demystifying law and making access to justice easy and meaningful for laypersons. WTP is a part of the larger commitment and passion towards legal literacy movement. It is an attempt to develop bridge between the people who make or implement laws and an ordinary person on the street. 'We The People' believes in making common people aware of their rights and thus enable and empower them to raise their voice using law as an instrument to bring social change.

This work is part of the larger commitment of WTP to understand linkages between the law and the society. It is written as a part of series of activities being undertaken for its struggle to understand the process of justice and society.

This book on 'About Your Right to Information' is also a part towards quest for justice, to comprehend law, and to understand legal procedures available on people's right to information. More importantly, to obtain awareness on 'right to information' was a guiding force behind this exercise.
