The case law has been revised. In the materialistic and complex world a busy lawyer is of course aware that there is a case dealing with the point, he has before him, but cannot recall the case what it is. In order to appreciate the law point in a better way the various problems that can possibly arise under a subject have been categorically divided into convenient topics and all the cases covering a particular point have been grouped thereunder. The quality of a book is measured by its index. The subject index has been labouriously prepared so as not to leave any possible heading under which a problem may be thought. The nominal index appended in the beginning of the book further enhance utility of the book.
