I am thankful to Sri M.S. Narayancharulu garu retired District & Sessions Judge and Advocate, who has been gracious enough to permit me to use his library I am grateful to Sri Satpal Gogia and his Sons Sarvashree Sunil, Anil and Arun of Asia Law House who have readily agreed to publish my book and assisted ma in its completion, their staff in particular Sri J. Suresh Singh, Computer Operator and Sri Thakur Sudarshan Singh, proof reader and other well wishers all of whom have assisted me in making my dream project a reality.
