The Editor had a unique opportunity of being the student of Prof. A. aminath and Prof. C.G. Raghavan who him self was the teacher of Prof. takshminath. Both have thousands of students for their credit throughout India. en Prof. A. Lakshminath Felicitation Committee approached him to conduct his Sustiparti Celebrations by organising seminar on Constitutional Jurisprudence and Environmental Justice and bringing a Festschrift in his honour, he readily agreed which we are deeply indebted.
Prof A. Lakshminath, Registrar, NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, Formerly Dean, Faculty of Law, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, and Faculty of Law Nagpur University, Nagpur a renowned scholar and legal luminary is one of the greatest Law teachers in India and in recognition of whose merit, the University system has if we may say so very rightly and deservedly conferred numerous laurels like Ful bright visiting professor at the University of Massachusetts, Fellow, Salzburg Seminar, Austria, Best Researcher Award, UGC Visiting Fellow and Visiting Professor, Law School, Banaras Hindu University etc. He had visited and addressed academic gatherings in Austria, Canada, Germany, Japan and USA.
