There is plenty of literature on tribal develop ment. Of late a great deal has been written on the need for bringing the tribals of this country into the mainstream of national life. A great deal more has been talked about, views have been aired and schemes formulated. A special cell has been set up by the Government for overseeing tribal development projects.
