Sociocapitalism is the term christened by author to emerging new economic system all over the world. This book provide theoretical base of sociocapitalism by refuting the con ventional belief of mixed economy. Author puts forward the argument that no two divergent ideologies prevailed in socialism and capitalism can "mix" in any media or proportion therefore "mixed economy" do not exist. To say that mixed economy is a kind of economic system would tanta mount to admit philosophy of poverty.
The socio-capitalism is outcome of fundament and original research by author. As we know when principles of biology are used to evolve techno logy the acronym bio-technology is used so is the terms sociocapitalism conveys the meaning that application of socialism in evolving capitalism which is distinct from the exploitative nature of pure capitalism. The economic forces are as natural and fundamental forces as we study the forces in science therefore interaction of soclalism and capitalism would result in sociocapitalism, a phase distinct from parent phases of socia lism and capitalism. Moreover the death sentence passed by leadership in USSR on socialism and communism has new dimensions and impact on world economic order. The revolu tionary changes in East Europe has accelerated the evolution of socio capitalism.
