The audience of this study will be planners and those concerned with methods and techniques to Improve the integration of different factors (educational, scientific, technological, cultural, economic) of development in planning. Further, this study discusses the adequacy and special purpose of the systems approach to Integrated development. Thus, the study will pay particular attention to the following concepts: - Integrated development, - systems approach, - and planning. These together represent a contextual frame and within this frame work the three concepts mutually interpret each other.
