The struggles sorrows and yearnings of the immigrants to the US need to be understood. Was Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib influenced by the Upanishads and the core message of Vedanta? In this book there is an attempt to examine this issue as well. And we have never heard about the scriptural sanctity of the confluence of the Sindh stream and the Jhelum river at Shadipora in Kashmir. These essays make this book precious and worth buying.
