Summary: The present work does not say to be entirely a new one in the field of agricultural geography. It is humble and modest attempt to make accessible to students and researchers the latest available work in the field of agricultural geography. The work has been organised in a systematic form, as such it has been broadly divided into seven chapters covering different aspects of agricultural geography perspective. In Chapter 1 the conceptual framework of the study has make an attempt to introduce agricultural geography. Through the basic concept of the agricultural geography will be clear and good, especially for the systems and practices of agriculture in the North Eastern Region of India excluding Sikkim. Chapter 2 is on Review of Literature, based on the ideas of different books cited in the book.
