There are three great socio-economic revolutions namely the Industrial revolution, the Agrarian revolution and Transport revolution that in turn sparked of another great revolution, that is 'the Urban Revolution' About Author : N.T.K. Naik started his career as a Lecturer in the Department of Economics, at S.V.U.P.G. Centre, Kurnool in 1989. At present he is working as Associate Professor, at S.K.U.P.G. Centre, Kurnool. He is also a Co-ordinator of M.B.A. Department of Business Management, at S.K.U.P.G. Centre, Kurnool. S. Mansoor Rahman is a Sr. Lecturer, at Osmania College (Autonomous), Kurnool. He has presented number of Research Papers in National and InterNational Seminars and Conferences.
