Volume 2. Indian administration and economic administration.
The Indian Institute of Public Administration was set up in 1954 to promote and provide for the study of public administration. In the fulfillment of this objective, the Institute, since its inception, has been organizing public lectures on contemporary problems of public administration by distinguished academics and practicing administrators. These volumes contain the addresses of distinguished persons on a variety of topics associated with democracy, development and public administration. Volume One consists of collection of lectures on theoretical considerations and comparative administration, while Volume Two, on Indian administration and economic administration. Both these volumes have enormous contemporary relevance.
