About Author : Sanjay Srivastava passed his M.A. and Ph.D. degree in Political science from Meerut University, Meerut. He has been teaching at UG/PG level since 1991 at different Govt. Degree/Postgraduate Colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Being an acitve and experienced teacher, he has atended and participated as a resource person in a number of seminars and workshops organized by the education department. He is a freelance writer. He frequently writes in different magazines and newspapers. His research articles published in the professional journals of repute.
