From fuming about life in Delhi, to describing the shenanigans of bureaucracy, from questioning impractical policies, to wallowing in reminiscences, these rants, memories and outbursts were dictated just as they came to mind. With each new piece, there was a sense of liberation releasing the author from a lifetime of writing prosaic bureaucratic notes devoid of emotion or irony.
