He obtained his B.A and M.A degrees from Searampore University, Kolkata and his doctoral degree from Dharmaram Vidyakshetra in Bangalore. Dr Stephen has several books to his credit, including A Liberated Vision : A New Mission Agenda; Introductory Christian Ethics : A Christian Theology in Indian Context; Human Rights and Ethics of Love in Human Context.
