BALDEV SINGH was Combatant in the Indian Air Force from January 1963 to February 1972, a period of National Emergency declared by the H.E. the President of India under clause(1) of the Article 352 of the Constitution, after Chinese aggression in 1962. He participated in 1965 and 1971 wars against Pakistan. He completed his Post-graduation and joined as Probationary Officer in a Bank. He took voluntary retirement under VRS-2000 after about 25 years of service. He contested his own service matter cases, (in-person) in superior courts i.e. High andpreme Court. He is sharing his experiences with public the interest of justice and in the larger interest of his county
