Summary: This book has been now thoroughly revised. Two new features in the book are the tabulated forms of law and the questions. In various chapters, the law therein has been given in a tabu- lated form which will enable a student to refresh his law at a glance at the time of examination. At the end of each chapter, a few model ques- tions have been given. By answering the questions independently, a stu- dent will get a kind of mental exercise or equipment and thereby test his grasp of the subject and gain confidence to appear at the final examination.
