The alphabetical list of names of 781 persons who delivered speeches in the Congress up to 1917 along with the dates and subjects of their speeches supplemented by the classified account of original resolutions alphabetically arranged will prove to be a storehouse of information to intelligent readers and diligent investigators in social sciences
