| Summary, etc. | The present work, Theory of Co operation, is primarily intended for students at the M.A. level, though it may also serve a lay reader of some mental abilities.<br/><br/>The book is divided into three parts, the first (six chapters) dealing with the general aspects of the co-operative system like definition, models and comparison of this system with others such as Socialism and Communism. The second part (four chapters) deals with specific areas, such as farming, banking, etc., where the co-operative system could be implemented for the betterment of the community; and the third (six chapters) with education and training in co-operation economic development and the establish ment of a co-operative common wealth for the benefit of humanity.<br/><br/>The outstanding feature of the book is that the theory of co operation has been dealt with in its totality and with Indian illustrations. |
