As a matter of fact a cross mark on the ballot paper gives rise to so many problems which are really unpredictable at the time of polls and the most important among those with which India is confronted presently is the politics of coalitions. Every elector is keen to see the victory of his choice and is sometimes disillusioned to find that none of the political parties is able to form government and the situ ation inevitably gives rise to a coalition government-a phase of political development through which India is passing.<br/> |
