| Summary, etc. | Every mission is accomplished with a desire to succeed. It is the passion, the enthusiasm and the spirit to achieve which leads to the successful completion of any project. However, before result begins to show on the ground, it is the blue print of the vision which is concretized in the mind. DAAV or District Administration's Adopted Village was an idea whose time had come. A time when a collective deci sion was taken to ensure that a Gram Panchayat Unit, Rong Bul became better than what it was. It was a collaborative process, supported positively by all stakeholders who decided to take that extra mile to ensure that the adopted village became a role model for others to emulate. A well planned and coordinated strategy ensured that the whole is stronger than the sum of its parts. In six months time, the results were there to see. Rong Bul became a good example of each one doing more than expected and Rong Bul reaping the rewards of its hard work. |
