During the planned economic development over the last three decades or so, the public sector has assumed commanding heights in the Indian economy.<br/>It is this developing Jaun-dice plaguing the public sector enterprises which prompted me to undertake an indepth study of the managerial and economic problems of the public enterprises in India. |
