Krishnamachari Memorial Lecture on 20th March, 1984 on the theme The New Approach to Indian Planning: Some Suggestions". The lecture has been widely noted for raising important issues about Indian Planning. Dr. Rao has also traced the process of planning in India since the first five year plan.<br/><br/>As part of its publication activities the Training Division is issuing Training Abstract No.1-84 incorporating the above lecture. It is hoped that the publication will be read with interest by all concerned. |
