520 | _aThese are just a few examples from more than 300 judgements digested in this book. They have been selected from over a thousand delivered by the Supreme Court and the high courts in 2008, depending upon the significance of the law laid down in them and the factual background. The full texts of these judgements are available in the law journals referred to in the text. AIR stands for All India Reporter, CrLJ stands for Criminal Law Journal. The judgements are also available free of cost on the official website, judisnic.in. Most of the judgements of the Supreme Court are available there, but the high courts are not so prompt in posting their judgements on the website. The cases can be searched according to the date of the judgment, the name of the judge, the title of the case or other key words. | ||
