520			_aLaw and its concepts - Law is a set of rules recognisation and enforced by State regulating human behaviour. Man is a social being governed by laws of nature and morality. Already existing rules of conduct within the community has been recognised and legalised by state and thereby the concepts of social justice and social welfare has been developed.
