520			_aThe restructuring of the commentary in this book in the previous editions has been well received in that even though there are independent State Acts dealing with Societies Registration, the entire commentary has been given under the Central Act. A comparative table of the sections of the independent State Statutes, corresponding to the Central Act (see pages 11 and 12) has been found extremely useful in this regard for finding the corresponding section of the Central Act. In the intervening period, a large number of amendments have taken place both to the Central Act as well as to the State Acts and so also the case-law has grown, all of which have been carefully noted in this new edition. In many States where the Central Act prevails some additional provisions have also been provided for. For that reason, it may be advantageous to consult the detailed Contents as well as the Subject Index.
