The Part on Sectoral and Spatial Planning covers various sectors and includes Plan implementation, disaster management and spatial frame work. Though the volume is a study of Planning in Andhra Pradesh, the issues raised and the conclusions emerged are generally common to all States in India and elsewhere and therefore useful to all academicians and practioners on Planning as a whole.
