520 _aThe book 'Relations of NDA and UPA with Neighbours' is an attempt to establish a systematic analysis of India's foreign policy in terms of its relations with Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. The first non-Congress government formed in 1977, although gave the concept of genuine non-alignment, did not witness any basic policy change. Even in this age of Globalisation the changing national and international milieu emphasised that regional cooperation should be strengthened and enhanced further.
