Barriers Innovation forms part of the work undertaken by Commission of European Communities as a positive contribution to technological and economic alignment within Community.
While there is question as to the importance of stake in innovation today, the phenomenon of innovation is still vague and uncertain. Hence Part I is given over to a preliminary analysis. Innovation is viewed from three aspects: it a long process, implemented by an enterprise and it has a result. Part II is devoted to the barriers encountered by innovation.
