The book is an approach paper with the aim of formulating a strategy, advocated by Suchitva Mission Local Bodies, the state's nodal agency for cleanliness. The book "Waste?" will rally give an insight to all the concerned stakeholders, particularly the LSGi, to develop a strategy for them in this sector.
