Summary: Three-dimensional models for job design, evaluation and payscale structuring, for both managerial and non-managerial jobs in developing countries, are presented in this study. Kuppachi finds that the quality and motivation of personnel are essential ingredients for the growth and prosperity of any enterprise, whether in the private or public sector. It is therefore essential to select the right person for the job, provide a suitable organizational environment for growth and advancement and devise appropriate remuneration to attract and retain the best talent.
