It also provides an idea of the working of the congress organisation, particularly of the various factions and caste groups which have been the bane of Congress politics in Bihar ever since. While dealing with the attitude of other political parties towards the Ministry the study provides useful insights into the growth of such important movements in Bihar as those represented by the Kisan Sabha, the Congress Socialist Party and the Muslim League.
