Dharmachakram : the path of the Karma Yogi on the code of conduct for central government employees based on the sacred episodes of Sri Ramayana (CCS Conduct Rules, 1964) a religious commentary - Vijayawada Rakesh Yellamelli 2026 - Written Telugu Language
Through this book, I have attempted to connect the principles of politics that Lord Rama taught his younger brother Bharata with today's modern governance principles. The transparency, impartiality, and unwavering commitment that Lord Rama, the ruler of the world, practiced are the true foundations of today's good governance.
This book explains how each episode in the Ramayana provides guidance for the challenges we face in the performance of our duties. I have written this Aksharasedyam not just as a government employee, but as a common man with respect for Dharma. This effort of mine, connecting the timeless truths of the Ramayana with the Dharma of today's governance, has been burning within me like a sacrificial fire.
I hope that this "Dharmachakram" will instill a new sense of responsibility, self-respect, and moral values in every government employee.
